Jiwa Developments is pleased to announce the issuance of licenses for the First Settlement project (One Plaza) and the commencement of excavation work within two weeks.
The license stipulates a building area of no more than 40% of the total land area, which is approximately 3,000 square meters.
The license provided for the establishment and construction of a multi-storey commercial mall divided into two underground floors, a ground floor, a first and second floor, in addition to the roof rooms.
